Some companies just aren't going to help you out for which if you and other users can't solve the problems you just won't be able to run those programs. Just go to their web site and forums if they have one and get updates or patches needed. So don't be surprised is some things don't work. I mean your back up Protocol is probably the most important system/Programs you have. For instance Macrium Reflect a very popular Imaging and back up program had scheduling issues it took them a couple of days to get us all back up and running with this very important program. You'll also find after the AU upgrade some software will need to be upgraded or just reinstalled some software that ran on 10 just won't run in 10 AU with out patches from the producing company.

It is best to turn off driver updates from windows update. this is ok for some stuff but with gaming notebooks we need some driver to be specific to our notebooks. Check your drivers in device manager, Windows 10 has a tendency to install windows own hardware drivers.
